But Colin Furze, a British man, has developed a mobility scooter that can reach a top speed of more than 71 mph. This is the fastest mobility scooter in the world.
Colin Furze's mobility scooter has been included in the Guinness World Records as the world's fastest mobility scooter at a top speed of 71.59 mph (115.21 km/h). This is nearly nine times as fast as an average mobility scooter.
Colin Furze, from Stamford in the UK, has supercharged this mobility scooter so that it can become the fastest mobility scooter in the world. It took nearly three months for him to convert a conventional electric model into a petrol-engined speedster. Colin Furze installed a powerful 125cc motorbike engine under the seat. He also holds the world record for the Longest Motorbike.
